APPOINTMENT POLICY.
Please arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you plan to be later than five (5) minutes, please call and reschedule. Emergency cases receive top priority followed by clients with previously scheduled appointments.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY.
We have the occasional late arrival appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be removed from the regular schedule. When you arrive, you will have the choice of being added to the walk-in service or rescheduling the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least one (1) hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than one (1) hour before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full cost of the booking.
