APPOINTMENT POLICY. Please arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you plan to be later than five (5) minutes, please call and reschedule. Emergency cases receive top priority followed by clients with previously scheduled appointments. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY. We have the occasional late arrival appointment.
